AI Acceptable Use Policy

This AI Acceptable Use Policy ("AI AUP") governs the use of artificial intelligence–powered features provided by Commenzo ("Commenzo," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy forms part of, and is incorporated into, Commenzo's Terms of Service.
By using Commenzo's AI features, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Purpose of AI Features
Commenzo's AI features are designed to assist users with:
- Analyzing public social media content
- Generating draft responses and engagement suggestions
- Identifying sentiment, trends, and insights
- Supporting research and workflow efficiency
AI outputs are assistive tools only and are not intended to replace human judgment.
2. Human Responsibility & Editorial Control
- All AI-generated outputs require human review before use or publication.
- You retain full responsibility for any content you choose to publish, distribute, or act upon.
- Commenzo does not autonomously publish content on your behalf unless explicitly enabled and disclosed.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Commenzo's AI features to:
- Generate spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or deceptive engagement
- Harass, threaten, defame, or target individuals or groups
- Impersonate others or misrepresent identity or affiliation
- Create or distribute misinformation or manipulated content
- Circumvent safeguards, rate limits, or platform enforcement mechanisms
- Violate the terms, policies, or community guidelines of third-party platforms
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
Use of AI features for political messaging, persuasion, or regulated communications must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules.
4. No Reliance or Advice
AI-generated outputs:
- Are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
- Do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
- Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions or actions
You are responsible for validating outputs before use.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Commenzo operates independently of Instagram, Meta, X, Reddit, LinkedIn, and other third-party platforms.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- AI-assisted content complies with applicable platform policies
- Your use of Commenzo does not violate third-party terms
Commenzo is not responsible for enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.
6. Monitoring & Enforcement
To protect platform integrity and comply with legal obligations, Commenzo may:
- Monitor usage patterns for abuse or misuse
- Limit, restrict, or suspend AI feature access
- Terminate accounts for violations of this policy
Enforcement actions may be taken without prior notice where required to prevent harm, abuse, or legal exposure.
7. Updates to This Policy
We may update this AI Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
Continued use of AI features after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
