Commenzo provides:
- Social media monitoring
- AI-generated comment suggestions
- Sentiment analysis
- Analytics and engagement insights
Features and functionality may change, evolve, or be discontinued at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Commenzo.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity conducted through your account
- Compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform rules
You agree not to use the Services for spam, harassment, misinformation, deceptive practices, or unlawful activity.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated content is provided "as is" and "as available." Commenzo:
- Does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated outputs
- Is not responsible for content you choose to publish, distribute, or act upon
- Does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice
You assume full responsibility for reviewing, validating, and using any AI-generated content. Use of AI-powered features is subject to Commenzo's AI Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of the Services require a paid subscription.
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated in our Billing & Refund Policy.
- Pricing and plan features may change with reasonable notice.
- Payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Billing & Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and content (excluding user-provided data) are the property of Web Thrive, LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Misuse the Services
- Engage in prohibited or harmful behavior
You may cancel your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Commenzo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web Thrive, LLC from claims arising out of:
- Your use of the Services
- Content you publish or distribute
- Violations of third-party rights or terms
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
